This is a list of real food, clean recipes, and restaurant choices I feel are appropriate for my healthy lifestyle. Just because an item works for me doesn’t mean it’s appropriate for everyone. Over time, I will list items that I feel passionately about, in as close to chronological order as possible. Hopefully this will show my developing palate! I will use this as a summary page and link blog posts to it that describe the rationale for my decisions.
