Black Listed “Food”

I thought it would be fun, informative, and a good reminder to myself to share the items that I have chosen to remove completely from my diet. I will go back and try to add items from the past in order. This will be a work in progress over time. Now, just because something isn’t on the list does not imply it’s good for you. This only includes items that I previously consumed and now have deemed them completely unworthy to ever eat or drink again. The list here will connect to a blog post that explains the rationale for my decision. Please check back over time to see this list grow 🙂
